Terms of service
Last updated 3 November 2026
These terms cover your use of the MVA360 desktop software and your MVA360 subscription. MVA360 is a business based in Queensland, Australia ("we", "us"). By installing MVA360 or subscribing, you agree to these terms.
1. The free trial
Your first game is free and includes every feature. The trial is used when you select Start Match on that game. You can keep working on your trial game afterwards; starting another game needs a paid plan. One trial is available per person.
2. Plans and billing
- Plans are Parent, Coach and Club, billed monthly or yearly, in Australian dollars, at the prices shown on our website when you subscribe.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. We charge the card you gave us at each renewal.
- Payments are processed by Pin Payments. We never see or store your full card number.
- If we change our prices, we'll email you at least 30 days before the change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before then.
- If a renewal payment fails, we'll email you and try again over the following days. If payment still can't be taken, your subscription ends and MVA360 stops allowing new games until you subscribe again.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the "Manage subscription" link in your emails, or by emailing us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds are covered by our cancellation and refund policy.
4. Your licence to use MVA360
While your subscription or trial is active, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use MVA360 within your plan's limits:
- Parent: 1 computer and 1 squad each season.
- Coach: 2 computers and 2 squads each season.
- Club: 5 computers and unlimited squads.
MVA360 is licensed, not sold. You must not share your licence key outside your plan, get around licence checks, copy or resell the software, or use it to break the law or anyone else's rights. MVA360 includes third-party software, such as FFmpeg, which remains under its own licence; nothing in these terms limits your rights under those licences.
5. Your videos and data
MVA360 works on your computer. Your match videos, player details, tags, clips, reports and statistics stay in the folder you choose; we don't receive them. You own them, and they remain yours if you stop subscribing.
You're responsible for having permission to record, analyse and share the footage you use, and for any information about players. When players are children, that includes any permission needed from their club, parents or guardians. You're also responsible for keeping your own backups.
6. Internet and licence checks
MVA360 needs the internet to activate your plan. After that it works offline, and checks your plan in the background when you're online. If it can't check for 14 days, it asks you to connect before you start new work.
7. Updates and support
We provide updates to fix problems and improve MVA360. Support is by email at support@mva360.com.au.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes those guarantees or your rights under them.
9. Our responsibility
Apart from the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data you didn't back up. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, it's limited to supplying the service again or refunding what you paid for the current billing period.
10. Ending your access
We may suspend or end your licence if you seriously breach these terms, for example by sharing licence keys or getting around licence checks. If we stop offering MVA360 altogether, we'll give you reasonable notice and refund any unused part of a prepaid period.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we'll email subscribers before the change takes effect.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
