Privacy policy

Last updated 3 November 2026

This policy explains what information MVA360 collects, why, and what we do with it. MVA360 is a business based in Queensland, Australia.

What stays on your computer

MVA360 is desktop software. Your match videos, player names, shirt numbers, team sheets, tags, clips, highlight reels, reports and statistics stay in the folder you choose on your computer. We don't collect, upload or see any of it.

MVA360 also keeps small diagnostic logs on your computer to help fix problems. They're never sent automatically. If you ask for help, you can choose to send us a support bundle, which leaves out your videos, player lists and match data.

What we collect

When you subscribe

  • Your name and email address.
  • Your plan, billing period and subscription status.
  • Payment details are collected and stored by our payment provider, Pin Payments. We receive only limited card details, such as the card type, the last four digits and the expiry date, so we can identify your card and remind you before it expires.

When you use MVA360

  • Your licence key, a random identifier for each computer you activate, and that computer's name (so you can tell your computers apart).
  • When each computer last checked its licence, and the MVA360 version it was using.

When you contact us

  • Your email and anything you choose to send us, such as a support bundle.

When you visit this website

This website uses no cookies, analytics or advertising. It's hosted by GitHub Pages, which may record visitors' IP addresses to keep the service secure.

How we use it

  • To run your subscription: take payments, send receipts and licence keys, and activate and check your licence.
  • To provide support and tell you about important changes to MVA360, your subscription or these policies.
  • To meet our legal obligations, such as keeping tax records.

We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the providers that help us run MVA360: Pin Payments (payments), the service that hosts our licence server, and the service that sends our emails. Some of these providers may store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We only use providers that protect information in line with this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep subscription and payment records for as long as Australian tax law requires (generally five years), and licence and support records while your subscription is active and for up to two years afterwards. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, unless we have to keep it by law.

Your choices

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@mva360.com.au. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, tell us first and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Children and match footage

MVA360 is used by adults: coaches, parents and club volunteers. Information about junior players stays on the subscriber's computer and is not collected by us. Subscribers are responsible for having any permission needed from clubs, parents or guardians to record and analyse footage of children.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we'll update the date above and email subscribers.
